We are seeking an organised, proactive Project & Business Support Administrator with experience in project administration and finance (including invoicing and accounts management). You will support the Project Controller and Managers, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to business processes. Additionally, you will manage the coordination and implementation of client projects within Jee’s Engineering division, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and HR to meet project goals and support the division’s long-term capacity and capabilities.

Jee is a leading independent multi-discipline subsea engineering and training company operating in the global oil, gas and renewables industries.  Our oil and gas engineering services cover the whole life-of-field, from front end appraise and select studies, through FEED and detailed design, through to integrity management, operations support and decommissioning. In the renewables sector we cover subsea cables on offshore wind farms, providing design, integrity management, and monitoring services. Jee’s training division delivers 100+ technical courses a year in all the major oil and gas hubs.

We are currently looking for Oil and Gas Pipeline Engineers to be based in either our Aberdeen or Tonbridge office. The successful applicant is required to have a 2.1 Master’s degree or higher in engineering, aeronautics, naval architecture, maths, or physics and at least 2 years’ experience in a field relating to pipeline engineering, ideally with a focus on the integrity management of pipeline systems (onshore and offshore) and associated infrastructure.

We are keen to hear from experienced Pipeline Engineers who are interested in fixed term or freelance contracting work. Candidates should ideally be Master’s degree qualified with substantial experience in subsea pipeline engineering, integrity management and/or engineering project management. Rates are negotiable dependent on your experience and flexible working options including remote working is included.
