- You’ll have your own personal development plan, which may include attending our technical training courses, business courses such as project management depending upon your role, offshore survival, software courses such as ABAQUS, or attending conferences.
Travel
- If you’re involved as a course trainer you’ll have opportunities to travel to international oil industry locations to deliver public and in-house training courses. We encourage participation from the delegates which ensures that we retain up-to-date information about local practices around the world.
- Our engineers are also trained in offshore survival and so you may get posted to our clients’ offshore vessels.
Be involved
- We have clear business objectives and we plan carefully to achieve them. You’ll be consulted in the development of the business plan and you’ll be fully involved in our weekly staff meetings. One half of the meeting is devoted to monitoring progress of all our projects. This is followed by a discussion looking at how we are achieving our objectives and also focusing on specific areas of interest - either of a business or technical nature.
