The interview process for technical staff
Our interview process for technical staff consists of three stages

First a technical interview conducted by two members of the senior management team.

Then successful interviewees are invited to spend a day in the office within two weeks of their interview, if possible. During this day they will be asked to complete some psychometric tests, undertake a piece of technical work and make a five minute technical presentation on a subject of their choice.
Lastly, if both sides are happy .... successful applicants will receive a job offer.
