• our courses are written and delivered by our own chartered engineers fully trained in teaching techniques
• up-to-the-minute content - we regularly update our courses, reflecting industry developments and our day to day engineering work
• tailored learning – new for 2008 we’re introducing pre-course questionnaires to help us ensure that delegates get the most from every course they attend
• acting on feedback – we encourage feedback from each course and listen to our delegates’ views to continually improve our courses.
